SEIKO PREMIER KINETIC PERPETUAL 7D48 - DATE ISSUE

Recently two customers brought in their Seiko Premier Kinetic with Perpetual Calendar function because the date did not work after the watches dropped on the floor. Both watches are using the same movement caliber 7D48. I heard that this date issue after a drop is quite common for this caliber.

Archimede Watch - Sudden Stop Issue

This Archimede watch was sent in because of sudden stops. Disassembled the ETA 2824 movement and found that the mainspring is damaged and a piece of fibre is wound around the second wheel's axle. After a complete service and replaced a new mainspring, the watch is working fine now.
